Thanks for your comment! I put some thought into how each instrument should play its unique role, so I'm glad that you noticed the difference. I really appreciate your feedback! Your question about the recording order is very interesting. Actually, I was not able to decide which track to record first. I started by recording several rounds of sound-only tracks to build up the song in a trial-and-error manner. When I recorded the final tracks with video, the other two instruments were essentially in place. So, in a sense, all instruments evolved together during the process.

@@Ray_one はい、そうです！これは Mesa/Boogie Mark IV ですね。アンプの歪み一発というのは自分のコンフォートゾーンの外であまり弾きこなせてるとは言えないのですが、たまにはチャレンジしないといかんかなと思ってやっています。 スタジオいいですね！何か曲決めて行きますかね。ちなみに持ち出せるエフェクター(Boss GT-8)を最近売ってしまったので何か買わないといけませんw

@@Tomoto 返信が遅くなってしまいましてすみません。。 メサブギーのMark系は最高ですよね。80年代のギタリストはみんな使ってた印象です。日本でも渡辺香津美とか高中正義とかはMarkⅠ・Ⅱあたりを愛用してたとか。 選曲難しいですねー。DMでご相談できればと思います。 私はアンプの歪みをブースターでプッシュした音が好きなので、一応歪みペダルはいくつかありますね。とは言いつつも、必ずスタジオにあるマーシャルの音はそんなに好きではないですが…

Thanks! It was almost 11 years back when I wrote this in C++ on bare OpenGL. I even wrote my own shader without any help from Unity or anything. It already feels like "good old times".

Oh, yep, nowadays there are so different kinds of tasks in our job... Also having this feeling regarding far 1993, was impressed with the Secord Reality demo from Future Crew written in pure .asm... Yes, the technology started to be available to the hobbiests in the early 1990s (it was still much more expensive and slower comparing to today though), and they made such creative stuff. @@Tomoto お返事ありがとうございます！ 自分もマクロスシリーズが好きで、この曲含め何曲か耳コピしましたが、ドッグファイターはアニソン屈指の名曲ですね！ (手前味噌ですが、私もマクロスⅡの「恋のバナナムーン」のコピーをアップしてるので聞いていただけたら嬉しいです) naturalは頂いたURLのライブ動画を何回か見たことがあります White Maneは名曲ですね 私も一曲目Controlのギターソロが最高に好きで、ソロのメロディーも特徴的な決めフレーズに合わせに行くのがカッコ良すぎます

@@Ray_one ギターやベースだけ弾きたい曲って結構あるのですが(マクロス初代だとSUNSET BEACHとかも)、打ち込むのめんどい・歌がないとさすがに寂しいと思うとなかなか作るところまで行かないですね。「恋のバナナムーン」でやられているようにヴォーカル連れてくるところまで頑張れればいいのですが。まぁぼちぼちやろうと思います👍
